I work directly with founders, executives, senior leaders, technical teams, vendors, and business users to turn ambiguous growth and execution problems into repeatable systems. Across Xsolla, AT&T, Barco, Toyota/Lexus, Pangea, Boeing, and 12 years at IBM Global Services, I've built the operating infrastructure — KPI dashboards, PMO governance, AI-enabled workflows, customer-journey frameworks — that lets organizations scale without losing accountability or quality.
I currently serve as Director of Operational Excellence & PMO at Xsolla, a global gaming payments and technology platform, leading transformation initiatives that have contributed to $150M+ in growth impact through process redesign, automation, and improved execution discipline.

Every framework started as a real problem I had to solve on the ground.
Beyond Work
When I'm not solving organizational problems, I'm usually solving puzzles of a different kind. I'm an avid reader and writer, a lifelong puzzle and challenge enthusiast, and an amateur landscape photographer always hunting for an unusual angle on an everyday scene. I also spend a good deal of time researching the root causes of epic failures — because I genuinely love understanding why things break, and sharing that understanding so others don't repeat the same mistakes.
